The owner uses a rotating set of highly repetitive templates to respond to reviews. While they personalize the response by including the reviewer's name, they rarely reference the specific details or staff members mentioned in the text of the reviews.

Questions for Your Tour

  • 1It is wonderful to see how much the administration engages with the community through your reviews; how does that same level of communication work between the staff and our family members?
  • 2We have heard great things about the cleanliness of the facility, but we were wondering about the dining experience—specifically, how do you ensure meals are served at the ideal temperature for the residents?
  • 3Since we are looking for consistent care, could you tell us more about your current staffing levels and how you ensure there is enough nursing support during the night shifts?
  • 4What does a typical daily schedule look like for the residents, and are there specific activities tailored to those in the memory care unit?
  • 5In the event of a medical emergency or a sudden change in health, what are the specific protocols the nursing team follows to ensure immediate care?
  • 6How does the team approach personalized care for residents to ensure their individual preferences and routines are respected every day?

Key Review Excerpts

My dad is 91 and recently transitioned to memory care at Wisteria Place, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, the staff has has been incredibly thoughtful and kind — not just in the care they provide, but in how they treat him as a person.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

Once we all calmed down Mom is happy and relaxed. Having the dining room where she can see it from her door has prompted her to socialize more than she has in years. The staff is always quick to respond to any concerns and always treat Mom with kindness

Kudos to the custodians (they keep it clean and smelling great) to the seceratary (Kat) very nice and greets you and has the answer, and if doesnt have an answer she finds it. JB and the rest of the floor crew (CNAS, Med Aids, nurses) you guys are amazing and very helpful and kind and truly care.
