Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff was excellent as they treated my father and myself with professionalism, kindness, compassion, and respect. Physical therapy was excellent.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

So many things happened to him while he was in there, he was falling out of his bed all the time because no one was watching him, he got a bed sore big enough to put your thumb in it, he was wearing the same clothes for a whole week because they barely bathed him.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

I'm sorry most of the time the food is unedible. There was three times she didn't even get a meal at dinner time. And it's for getting her meds on time and the right meds. Well that's a whole other story.
