Key Review Excerpts

Since being admitted he has been taken care of by the staff as though he were family. They are sensitive to his needs and care. He had an episode which caused a seizure and all the care team were instantly there to address the situation.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★

My mother is a resident here and I do not recommend this place. Her care has declined significantly since the pandemic and there is no sign of it getting better. I am constantly asking them to address basic needs such a brushing her teeth or getting her out of bed.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The first red flag was walking in the door. The bad smell of this place slapped me silly. My first thought was no! 2. As I'm walking down the hallway, the patients just looked unkept.
