Key Review Excerpts

They always have an activity going on at least three or four a day very clean. They even hold church services there for your loved ones, the food options are great very good variety and again the staff was wonderful to my uncle.

Family member of resident · 2024★★★★★

This is not a good place to send love ones, but if you have to send them make sure you are involved with them and the staff so you can keep an eye on things because they don't ! They do not notice if there is a health change and they don't do anything to find out what's wrong.

Family member of resident · 2019☆☆☆☆

The Administration is kind and professional ! The Union Nurses , except for a few , are rude to agency and self scheduling staff. This place cannot function without them. Please try KINDNESS FIRST .

Westmoreland Manor has concerning patterns including families filing complaints that triggered inspections for abuse/neglect issues and infection control problems. The facility repeatedly struggles with medication management, care planning, and safety hazards across multiple surveys. While most deficiencies show correction dates, recurring issues with resident assessments, medication errors, and accident prevention suggest ongoing quality challenges that families should carefully evaluate during visits.
