What this means for your family

While Wesley Commons is highly regarded for its beautiful campus and social environment, there is a significant disparity in experiences regarding care. Families should look past the marketing and conduct unannounced visits to the nursing/skilled care wings to observe staff-to-resident interaction, as some families have reported serious concerns regarding neglect and administrative follow-through.

Key Review Excerpts

They let my mom lie in bed without helping her to get up she got bedsores and they let her fall and she broke her back do not put a loved one here

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

If you want your loved one to lay in bed all day without being checked on, this is your place. Upper management is a complete joke. Go to them with an issue and they’ll “look into it” or “get back with you”. Nothing ever gets done.

Long-term resident's family · 2019☆☆☆☆

My mother spent the last 10 months of her life at Wesley Commons and words will not do for how thankful my family is for this place and their amazing team. This type of work is hard. It is difficult. You will not please everyone everyday. Still the team at WC brings love, commitment and compassion to their residents every single day.
