Key Review Excerpts

The reception help for the 1st floor…they do not want to be bothered. They leave the dinner tray for 5 minutes and if you don’t eat immediately, they remove it so I guess your family has to starve for the remainder of the night. The roof has a giant hole in it.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

I am a long term resident at Webster Manor. All the staff here are awesome and I receive the best care ever. The people I have met here are also good to get along with. Food is good and you can order what you want.

Long-term resident · 2024★★★★★

The staff seem very nice maybe over worked. I didn’t think the entire floor smelling like pee was very cool. Came back to visit two weeks later. Again staff is wonderful but the entire facility smells horrible of urine.
