Key Review Excerpts

I broke both of my ankles and was at The Waters of Greencastle for around 3 months for rehabilitation. The Staff was the best. I know most people would think it would be terrible, but the Admin, Doctors, Nursing, CNA,, PT, OT, Dietary, and even the cleaning staff made my stay there the best and most enjoyable.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

Most of the nursing staff was good to her. However, the first week she was there, they left her sitting up in her chair until 1am bc they had forgotten about her. She went an entire week without being bathed.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The Waters Of Greencastle is an excellent facility that truly cares for the residents there. They are kind, considerate of individual needs and do so many events to keep their residents actively participating as a group.
