Key Review Excerpts

The nurses caring for him as well as the aids were wonderful. Their PT and OT professionals really helped him and prepared him to go home.

Rehab patient's wife · 2024★★★★★

Family member got out of skilled nursing in his wheelchair, unnoticed, found in the street, alone. Experienced several falls. "Can't use bedrails." I would never recommend this place!

Family member of skilled nursing patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

If I could rate it ZERO stars I would! This facility, skilled nursing, is neglectful. They have forgotten to give my grandfather his life supporting medication, bed sores, lack of urinal provided, removed family pictures and drawings putting them in a bottom drawer, did not assist with basic hygiene care.
