Key Review Excerpts

My father was mistreated, ignored and left unattended which resulted in a traumatic fall. Do not use this facility. We had to call the police and paramedics to get my father care and removed from this place.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The only complaint I have is the quality of the food. All fruits and vegetables came out of a can never fresh. Pork on the menu several times a week. Like sausage and hotdogs. Very little nutritious foods.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★

I had to drive there and complain on multiple occasions in order to get them to give my mom any care. They ran out of her pain meds and we had to wait multiple days to get them.

Families have filed formal complaints that triggered investigations, resulting in deficiencies for abuse protection and accident prevention. The facility has ongoing issues with resident care, safety protocols, and fire safety systems that persist across multiple surveys. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring pattern of problems with basic care standards, safety measures, and the fact that families have reported concerns warrant careful consideration before choosing this facility.
