What this means for your family

The Willows offers an excellent physical therapy program that has helped many residents regain mobility, making it a strong contender for short-term rehab. However, the facility has a recurring pattern of understaffing and communication gaps; families should be physically present as much as possible to monitor care and ensure medical needs are met.

Key Review Excerpts

My uncle was here. This place worked extremely hard to get him back walking and improved his situation after a large stroke which left him half paralyzed. By the time he left he was walking with a cane.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★

My mother is currently a patient here to recover from surgery. She is over 80, partially disabled but still very mentally sharp and aware. The stories she has told me make my jaw drop... the aides are often mean, rude and disrespectful.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father was a patient there in the subacute rehab, aside from the cosmetic makeover, there should have been more attention regarding the quality of care and attention to their patients. Many times the staff was overwhelmed due to lack of adequate staffing.
