The Waters of Springfield receives highly polarized feedback, with many recent reviewers praising the compassionate staff and effective physical therapy programs. However, a significant number of families and former patients report serious concerns regarding medication management, neglect, and poor communication from administrative personnel. Prospective families should be aware of these inconsistencies in care quality, which appear to vary significantly depending on the specific staff on duty.

Key Review Excerpts

I was in this facility for 8 days. In that 8 days I missed several doses of IV antibiotics, very strong ones. The nurses, not all of them, would cut dangerous corners.

Rehab patient · 2025★★☆☆☆

The facility itself is UNDERSTAFFED and their bottom line is profit. On days that we were not there, my father was not bathed, did not receive physical therapy, and was generally neglected.

Long-term resident's family · 2020☆☆☆☆

I went to the waters in Springfield for physical therapy after having a stroke. their physical therapy department spent a lot of time with me and help me out tremendously and today I'm walking again.
