The Roosevelt House

The stove burners, burner plates, and underneath the burners had some food debris that did not appear to be from the meal cooked at lunch time. There were 2 ovens and both ovens had old, cooked debris in [them].

The facility received a disapproval rating from the Bureau of Fire Services (BFS) because there was no documentation showing staff reviewed the Written Emergency Plan once every 2 months, and no documentation showing monthly 30 second tests and an annual 90-minute test of the battery-operated emergency lights had been conducted.
