Key Review Excerpts

My mother in law just rehabed a full hip replacement at the Villages of Lapeer... This place has a special kind of caring and thoughtful culture. Not only did my mother in law get excellent medical attention, she was treated with dignity, respect, and cared for like family.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My mother was there less than 2 months. They don't answer the phone. And when they do staff is rude. She was not changed for more than 4 hours and a time and the attendants were rude to her and family.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mom spent three weeks at the Villages for Rehab after her 3 months in the hospital. I will say the staff was warm and welcoming, and the administration worked hard to fulfill my moms needs and ours. The physical therapy there did a lot for mom.
