What this means for your family

Stonegate Health Campus appears to provide excellent long-term and hospice care with a strong focus on activities and cleanliness. However, families should be aware of recurring reports of understaffing and communication gaps, particularly for short-term rehab stays. We recommend asking specific questions about current staffing ratios and the process for escalating care concerns during your tour.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT department was excellent. Very motivating and caring. The activities department have something for everyone, I was very impressed. Over all I would say my stay was excellent.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

My mother in law stayed at Stonegate for a while, she was on Hospice Care at this facility... After my MIL passed away, the family was allowed time to mourne and say our good byes. The facility brought food in to us and made sure that we had what we needed.

Memory care family member · 2021★★★★★

This place is fine if you're a long-term resident. However it's horrid for rehab patients. My mother was sent there for rehabilitation to strengthen her legs and build stability after a hosputal stay. She arrived around 3 p.m. and asked for something for pain and a glass of water. She continued asking all afternoon and evening.
