What this means for your family

The Orchards at Armada Village 1 is highly regarded for its therapy department and compassionate staff, making it a strong contender for short-term rehab. However, families should be vigilant regarding medical oversight and hygiene; we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to check room cleanliness and asking management specifically how they handle communication during medical emergencies.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility had ignored the 12lbs of water weight she gained in her legs, and when examined the nurses grilled my grandmother on who had been caring for her because she had severe wounds on her backside from The Ochards staff NOT

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

At one point I walked in and she was half hanging out of the bed another time she was not able to get a shower until 'her' shower day because they didn't have enough staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The therapy team was super caring and did a wonderful job motivating him to get stronger. The staff are caring and my dad said the food didn’t suck so that was a bonus.
