How They Respond to Reviews

93%response rate
Generic

The owner uses highly repetitive, template-based responses that rely heavily on corporate mission statements like 'Make Lives Better' and 'best-in-class, compassionate care.' While they personalize the responses with the reviewer's name, they rarely address the specific details or complaints mentioned in the reviews.

Questions for Your Tour

Key Review Excerpts

Meighan The activties Director is awesome, very helpful. Answering any questions we had my mom had a great experience because of her!

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

I have to say the communication here is great! My mom has been here 2 years. Whenever there are any concerns or questions Larry, Elaine James Justin Meighan and Jason are in top of it.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

Do not take your family to this place unless you want your family to end up in emergency fighting for their life directly. Poor facilty. They are neglegant and gave my grandma no liquids and failed to call us and report any issues.
