Taylor Care Center has a concerning pattern of recurring respiratory care deficiencies, cited in both 2021 and 2024, suggesting this issue was not sustainably resolved. The facility has also had problems with medication management, daily care assistance, and resident rights protections. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated respiratory care violations indicate potential systemic issues that families should discuss during their visit.
