All I can say if you care about your family members do not use this facility. We had my dad there for just over a year and it has been one issue after another, from medication errors, not cleaning the room properly (including leaving poop on the floor for over 24 hours), lying to us about sending out lab work, etc.

Upon her intake at the new facility, when we took off her shoes her nails were so long they were growing back into her toes, the bottom of her feet were black. When she was showered you could see the dirt on the bottom of the shower.
