What this means for your family

The staff at Springview are frequently described as loving and caring, which is a significant benefit for resident well-being. However, due to a severe report of medical misinformation regarding bed sores, families should perform rigorous, independent checks on any medical assessments provided by the facility.

Families can expect a caring and loving environment, with multiple reviewers praising the staff's compassion. However, there is a critical report regarding a serious lack of transparency and medical oversight concerning bed sores during a resident's transition to skilled nursing.

Key Review Excerpts

My husband was a patient at Springview Memory Care until he lost the ability to stand or walk. As soon as a skilled nursing facility in the area had space, he was transferred there, that decision having been made by Springview 2 weeks before the transfer. The initial assessment at the SNF the day he arrived revealed 13 bed sores, 2 of which are going to require surgery.

My mother stayed at the Graham location & they were wonderful! Little concern about neighborhood but no problems at all. Would highly recommend Springview when your parents need extra care!
