What this means for your family

This facility offers an excellent physical therapy program and many wonderful aides, making it a strong candidate for short-term rehabilitation. However, families must be extremely vigilant regarding hygiene care and staffing levels, as multiple reports indicate residents are sometimes left in soiled linens for extended periods due to shortages.

Key Review Excerpts

The Therapy is great, an extremely friendly. The C.A's are all amazing. I was treated with respect & dignity.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

The PT dept is great . The social worker Emily is not good . They are short staffed even though Troy director says they are not .staff will tell you they are :( 45 mins of setting in urine or poop :( not fun very humiliating for any age.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

From the beginning, the therapy team made a point to keep our family in the loop, meeting in person with my dad & sister with me on conference calls so I could stay updated from out of state.
