Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed some concerns online regarding room hygiene; could you walk me through your daily and deep-cleaning protocols for resident rooms and common areas?

  • 3How do you track and safeguard personal belongings to ensure that clothing and items are returned to residents after laundry services?
  • 4Since the dining experience is so important for quality of life, could you tell me about your current menu planning process and how you accommodate specific dietary or medical needs?

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was recently there for respite. Upon entering the room she was assigned to, you could see it was not clean nor the restroom. I was told by the administrator it’s not always like that.

Respite care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff doesn’t care, the “cleaning” ladies pushed tons of trash under my dad’s bed and the administration is The WORST! DO NOT talk to or attempt to deal with Vicki, the social worker!

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Everyone from the cnas, nurses, to the people who would take his food order were absolutely amazing and compassionate. A lot of this has to do with the cwing charge nurse, Llayna.
