Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your staffing rating is quite strong; how do you ensure those staff members remain available to respond promptly when a resident needs assistance?
  • 2Could you walk me through the current process for meal planning and how you ensure residents receive nutritionally balanced options that they actually enjoy?
  • 3Since communication is so important to our family, what is the best way for us to stay updated on our loved one's daily progress and any changes in their care?
  • 4I see you have a dedicated team for physical and occupational therapy; how do you integrate these sessions into a resident's daily schedule so they don't miss out on social activities?
  • 5What protocols are in place to ensure that patient rooms are consistently cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout the week?
  • 6I appreciate that you take the time to respond to feedback online; how do you use that input from families to improve the day-to-day experience for residents?

Key Review Excerpts

My aunt had to pick a facility within 24 hrs of leaving hospital... Tammy took us on a tour of entire facility. Best decision we made was for her to come here!!!! Clean facility, excellent staff, great communication and rehab staff is phenomenal!!

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

I wouldn’t even give this place one star… my mother had only been in for not even a week and already back into the hospital with MRSA and Sepsis… she continued stating that she did not feel well and wanted to go to the hospital and the response was “her vitals are fine there’s no point in wasting anyone’s time to call 911 when she’ll just get sent right back here”

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Dad was there for rehab. Beware, rehab consists of laying in bed 23.5 hours a day. I pushed his call button. No one came. 30 minutes later I Went to nurses station and asked what happens when call button is pushed. They said they respond to the room. I asked the 3 of them why no one responded to my dads room. No answer.
