Key Review Excerpts
“The staff there were wonderful. Horribly understaffed like almost all businesses in today's world. But the ones there work hard and with care and consideration for the patient's and their families.”
“The rooms are in disrepair corners are dirty Horrible patient care... I sat in my aunt’s room and in the hall was a plastic spoon and straw on the floor we left her room for around 45 min when we came back they were still on the floor”
“A family member passed away at Skyline Ridge and her wedding rings went missing. It turns out they were misplaced by the mortuary but management at the nursing home, with a few exceptions, was more concerned about covering for themselves than being compassionate to a grieving family.”
