What this means for your family
This facility is highly regarded for its physical and occupational therapy programs, making it a strong candidate for short-term rehabilitation. However, because multiple families have reported serious issues with medication timing and basic hygiene, we strongly recommend that you or a family member visit frequently to monitor care and ensure that medical needs are being met promptly.

Key Review Excerpts
“The occupational and physical therapy team at this facility are top notch. I chose to come to this facility after a months stay in ICU. I was unable to walk or stand at all. The therapy staff worked with me at my pace but also challenged me.”
“My mom has been placed here for rehab and they didn’t even try to get her walking again. My mom couldn’t feed herself and they told me they didn’t have the time to feed her. As I’m writing this I sit in the ER with my mom with a horrible UTI because she wasn’t kelp cleaned.”
“Then this afternoon I asked about her fentanyl patch and they said wasn’t applied at 18:00 night before which now 24 hours late and mom’s in pain! I spoke with her floor nurse if she could give her now but she said only at 20:00 which is now 24 hours past with mom crying in pain.”
