The inspector observed the facility to be clean, well-maintained, and compliant across all inspected areas, including physical plant, bedrooms, bathrooms, common rooms, and the kitchen. No deficiencies were cited during this inspection.

The inspection was an unannounced required annual visit conducted on 09/27/2023. The primary finding is a significant COVID-19 outbreak, as the facility is not cleared of infection. Due to this outbreak, a subsequent case management visit is required.
