Key Review Excerpts

I watched one night as a CNA fed a stroke patient. She sat and spoon fed him with the love and caring of her own father.

Long-term resident's family · 2017★★★★★

My mother was in memory care at sholom home. In November of 2018, she fell in her room. She layed on the floor for hours before anyone noticed. She was taken to the hospital because she broke her hip. No one at sholom ever notified me, her medical power of attorney.

Memory care family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

Consistently short staffed. Management delegates many of their responsibilities. Staff morale is low and residents suffer as a result.
