What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest some residents receive good care, the documented history of aggressive and unprofessional behavior from ownership is a significant red flag. Families should prioritize meeting with the owner personally to gauge their communication style and empathy before committing to care.

Families should exercise extreme caution due to a highly critical report of unprofessional leadership and lack of empathy from the owner. While some recent feedback indicates positive care for specific residents, the facility has a history of severe interpersonal conflict between management and families.

Key Review Excerpts

If I could give no stars I would Lucy Qing xie is the ceo and owner of this facility my mother came down with covid 19 in her care and upon coming to hyper check on her she was extremely rude and had no empathy towards the situation and was actually screaming stating she did not have time to have a quick talk about our mothers well being and that we could try and sue her if we wanted to, which was never mentioned by us she is extremely disrespectful and stated well we should just take our mother home
