What this means for your family

This facility has a long history of being a clean, well-run, and caring environment. However, because recent reviews highlight significant staff turnover and management issues following a change in ownership, families should visit in person to observe current staffing levels and management's presence.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff here is awesome. I have been here many times over the last 2-3 yrs. The residents have never had a cross word to say about he facility or any of the staff. It’s not the fanciest place I have ever seen but it’s always super clean and very well kept. The residents also have many opportunities for activities if they wish.

Frequent visitor · 2018★★★★★

Senior citizens was a wonderful facility before new owner and management took over. The previous owner cared for the residents and was very involved with the day to day at the facility. He was there every day making sure that things ran well. The staff that worked under him was compassionate and caring. He was just awesome. Since the new management has taken over there has a been a lot of turnover with the staff.
