What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for short-term rehabilitation due to its highly-rated therapy team and positive recovery stories. However, if your loved one has complex medical needs like diabetes, you must closely monitor their care, as multiple families have reported failures in blood sugar management and hygiene.

How They Respond to Reviews

100%response rate
Good

The administrator provides highly personalized, warm, and often affectionate responses to positive reviews, frequently mentioning specific staff members and residents by name. While negative reviews are addressed, the tone shifts from professional and solution-oriented to occasionally defensive when faced with direct personal attacks.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandfather stayed there after a fall and illness, and the care he received truly exceeded our expectations. When he arrived, he had very little strength and struggled with his and his independence. Thanks to the incredible team, he left stronger, more confident, and able to do so much more on his own.

Rehab patient's family · 2026★★★★★

Don't come here if patient is diabetic. Rehab ADON was aware that patient was diabetic, knew diabetic med was on hold, knew patient had been placed on steroids, elevating blood sugar at hospital, and had required bloodsugar coverage at hospital. Still didn't request blood sugar checks or even check blood sugars on admit.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

The therapy team was top notch at getting them ready to go back home. Forever greatful to the team that took care of them.
