Key Review Excerpts

I recently moved my 94 year old mother to Ridgeview. I have to say that it was the absolutely the best decision possible. Everyone one there is dedicated to providing the best possible care for each of their residents.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My grandmother was there for physical therapy after she fell and broke her leg. She was there for less than 20 days(16 days actually) and we had been told she no longer qualified for skilled nursing. They claim she could ride a bike, walk, etc. the morning my grandmother was going to be released she fell while trying to get to the restroom, required 5 staples to the back of her head!

Rehab patient's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The nurses and therapist were attentive and really worked with her to get her strength back. They were kind, concerned and treated her with respect.

This facility has recurring problems with care planning and resident rights that persist across multiple surveys, including 7 complaint-triggered deficiencies where families filed reports.
