What this means for your family

While the facility is frequently praised for its cleanliness and recreational programs, the reports of severe neglect and understaffing are deeply concerning. We strongly recommend that families conduct unannounced visits, particularly during night shifts, and inquire about the facility's recent state survey results before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The Recreational Director has my vote. She is so creative. I know the residents get a kick out of her and all her creative way of making them fun!!!

Family member · 2026★★★★★

This place is understaffed. Residents are neglected and left lying in stool and urine. Please don't come at night. 99% of the staff are sleep.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father in law lived there and was not cared for as he should have been. He had a stroke and had to be placed there. He had a g tube so he depended on the nursing staff to feed him. On his death certificate it stated he died of dehydration.
