Key Review Excerpts

My wife is there now, after being at a substandard facility in Macomb County for over a year, with no real concern for her care & losing much weight, since being there, she's made remarkable progress & she's well liked by her nurses & the facility is truly immaculate.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

Biggest regret ever allowing transfer for my Mom to this place following broken hip. She received almost no therapy because they are understaffed so she went back home very weak. They missed a UTI and dismissed all family who pleaded for elevated care.

Rehab patient's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

In the 5 days my grandmother has been here, I've seen first hand how rough and negligent the nurses have been. For starters, never have I ever thought that full grown adults cannot wipe clean. Almost every single time my grandmother has gone to use the bathroom or after they have changed her diaper, I personally have had to go back and re-wipe her 5-6 times until she is clean.
