Key Review Excerpts
“The Physical therapy Dept. had so many loving and caring people. The building was very clean and decorated for Fall. The Nursing Staff were very professional I have been in facilities were the food was almost inedible, however the food was very good and homemade tasting.”
“While some of the nurses and CNAs were very kind to my grandparents, I have a real problem with how financial and administrative issues are handled. Eddie railroaded my grandmother into making an advance payment for my grandfather, who was in Hospice care and would possibly pass soon.”
“The staff is very friendly and actually care about my moms health. The nurses are very thorough. I had a lot to learn as far as what is allowed at a LTC facility, but they have been patient with me. Also their rehab has helped mom a lot.”
