Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the current staffing levels, what specific protocols are in place to ensure call buttons are answered promptly and that residents receive timely assistance with hygiene and toileting?
  • 2I noticed some concerns regarding medication management; could you walk me through your double-check process to ensure medical orders are followed accurately for every resident?
  • 3Since communication is a top priority for our family, what is the most reliable way for us to reach the nursing station or our loved one if the main phone lines are experiencing technical issues?
  • 4With dining and nutrition being areas you are looking to improve, could you explain how you ensure residents who need help with feeding receive the necessary attention during mealtimes?
  • 5I see that you actively engage with feedback online; how do you use that input to make tangible improvements to the daily activities and social events offered to residents?
  • 6How does your physical therapy team coordinate with the nursing staff to ensure that the progress made during sessions is maintained throughout the rest of the day?

Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother had a stroke and bed sores at Pruitt on Peake. It was the worse place to take your loved ones. We had to keep pushing for them to call an ambulance.

Grandchild of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

They left my mom in her feces for two or more hours. Not just 1-3 times but multiples time. The kept giving her the wrong medicines and when we ask what she was given they was clueless of what was going on.

Daughter of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

The rehabilitation therapists came through with an exercise program which worked wonders to my mobility. Thank you all the staff members who treated me so well.
