What this means for your family

This facility has a strong reputation for physical and occupational therapy, making it a potential option for short-term rehab. However, families should be extremely cautious regarding long-term placement due to consistent reports of understaffing and inconsistent hygiene. We strongly recommend visiting at different times of the day, specifically on weekends, to observe staffing levels and response times firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy department is outstanding, the best I have comes across in 5 years. Wound care is exceptional. The nurses are very attentive to your needs.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

My Mother was in this place for rehab and they basically did nothing for her. They said they couldn't get her to cooperate to use her walker but the day before she was admitted she was in Canonsburg Hospital using her walker.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The staff is a daily revolving door of 'agency' people. They're there one day and gone the next. You don't know who has been providing the care, or blatant lack thereof.
