The Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home receives polarized feedback, with many families praising the compassionate, attentive nursing staff and the facility's cleanliness. However, there are serious historical and recent allegations regarding management integrity, communication failures during medical emergencies, and concerns about patient safety protocols. Families should weigh the positive experiences in rehab and long-term care against these significant reports of administrative dishonesty and neglect.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother in law was in their Alzheimer's unit for years and I have never seen a more caring staff. Living out of state they called and made sure we knew everything that was going on with her.

Memory care family member · 2021★★★★★

My grandmother was here and she always had bed sores and she had problems eating so they were suppose to watch her while she eats and one day we get a call saying she choked on her food and nobody even tried to help her.

Long-term resident's family · 2016☆☆☆☆

The management lies a lot and are ready to throw you under the bus really fast. You all be very careful as they will try to have you lie about existing issues and will DNR you if you refuse or do otherwise knowingly or not.
