Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Since Oasis House has such a small, intimate capacity of 10 residents, how does that small group setting help create the warm, family-like atmosphere you're known for?
  • 2With such a close-knit community, what kind of daily activities or social gatherings do the residents typically enjoy together?
  • 3We've heard wonderful things about the sincerity of the ownership; how involved are the owners in the day-to-day care and well-being of the residents?
  • 4How does the nursing staff manage medical needs or sudden health changes during the overnight hours?
  • 5Because the staff is so attentive, how do you ensure each resident's specific personal preferences and routines are respected?
  • 6What is the process for communicating with the nursing team if we notice a change in our loved one's health or mood?

My great aunt spent the end of her life here, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for her. They were very kind, caring, and gave expert care to her.

Family member of a resident · 2017★★★★★

I was referred to The Oasis for my great aunt and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. My aunt loved the food and had nothing but great things to say about Becky and her staff.
