Key Review Excerpts

Call lights are on for an hour at a time, nurses not understanding instructions sent from the hospitals, care not even being offered to patients, these are just a few of the main problems at this facility.

Visitor/Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mom has bed sore that they aren't taking care of, she stinks and when I said something about it, they told me there was a bathroom sink, I could clean her up like that . And nasty.. Administration has no compassion, had me trespass, I can't go see my mama, because I addressed them.

Daughter of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

Staff will lie to you. Poor bed quality, no cameras on premises, employees are outside smoking on grounds, professionalism is lacking among staff.

3deficiencies
Near state avg (5.9)

This facility shows a concerning pattern of recurring medication management issues across all three surveys, with deficiencies in drug labeling appearing in 2019, 2021, and most recently in 2025. The facility also had repeated problems with food safety and fire safety systems, though these appear to have been resolved in more recent inspections. While all deficiencies were corrected, the persistence of pharmacy-related problems suggests ongoing challenges with medication oversight that families should discuss during visits.
