What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest the facility has improved its responsiveness and communication, the historical reports of neglect and poor emergency management are concerning. We recommend that you tour the facility and specifically ask about their emergency evacuation protocols and how they ensure timely response to call lights during off-peak hours.

Key Review Excerpts

The entire staff bent over backwards to answer our questions day or night. They loved on my dad and always treated him with utmost respect. I was alerted about every important thing that happened with dad

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

I was there visiting my grandma and we waited over 30 minutes for the staff to come put her in bed after she was falling asleep in her wheelchair and we had to go ask the desk 2 times before someone came to help.

Visitor/Family member · 2022★★☆☆☆

The sink in her bathroom fell off the wall and crushed my grandpa's foot. The sink remained unrepaired for several months. When she was dying they only came to check her 3 times the whole day.
