Key Review Excerpts

My mother was dropped and I was not informed. A family member went to visit my mother, and my mother said she was in pain. A request was made to transfer her to the hospital and that's when we found out she had a fractured femur.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Nurses get angry is you question them. Let me sit in my own urin and poo for 2 hours because they were all handing out breakfast. Can overhear staff talking negatively about patients who need help.

This facility shows a troubling pattern of repeated family complaints, with 72% of deficiencies triggered by family reports about protection from abuse and neglect, medication management, and safety hazards. The same serious issues persist across multiple recent surveys, including ongoing problems with preventing abuse, ensuring proper medication administration, and maintaining safe environments. While the facility reports correcting issues after they're identified, the recurring nature of these fundamental safety and care problems suggests systemic challenges that families should carefully evaluate before choosing this facility.
