Key Review Excerpts

My Dad likes it here. The nursing staff is friendly and they do keep the residents entertained. Some of my Dad's clothing does get misplaced, but I do understand that keeping up with all of his things can be a full time job in itself.

Resident's family · 2019★★★★

I recently viewed this hidden facility and was surprised to find that it was clean and did not smell. I was greeted by the Security Officer at the front desk where I had to mask up, sign in and wait for the Admission Director, Mrs. Julie who was very professional and courteous.

Prospective family member · 2025★★★☆☆

The staff is rude and it takes more then 10 minutes for them to answer call bells. I was there taking care of my grandmother and the nurse and nursing assistant were yelling at the patient next door, telling her she was 'going to wait' for them to care for her.
