Key Review Excerpts

The call button had an average response time of 40 minutes. When we tried to take pictures of the mess that she was left in, staff grabbed our phones and attempted to delete the pictures like they were just trying to cover thing us

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

It is dirty, understaffed, the nurses are busy on their electronic devices while the call lights continue to sound for extended periods of time without being answered. The smell of urine greets you as you exit the elevator to the unit.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Therapy staff were friendly and professional. The ONLY redeeming quality about this place.
