Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapists were excellent but the nightly nursing staff was mostly a nightmare.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

The PT/OT department is second to none. When my husband arrived he was unable to walk or stand because of a fall and he also had multiple disabilities from a previous stroke. They went above and beyond to exercise all muscles and eventually got him on his feet and walking.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★☆☆

On many occasions it was nearly impossible to get a CNA to help my mom. She was lying in her own feces and urine several times...and that was just the times that I went to visit her!!

This facility has a concerning pattern of recurring fire safety and building system deficiencies across multiple surveys, with the same issues appearing in 2021, 2023, and 2025. The most frequent problems involve fire safety systems, electrical and gas equipment maintenance, and food service operations. One family filed a complaint in 2023 regarding inadequate treatment and care. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated nature of safety violations suggests ongoing maintenance challenges that families should discuss during visits.
