The owner relies heavily on a small set of repetitive templates for positive reviews, often using the exact same phrasing for different users. While they do attempt to provide specific contact information for negative reviews, the overall engagement lacks true personalization.

Questions for Your Tour

  • 2We want to make sure our loved one is well-nourished; how often does the menu rotate, and how do you handle requests for different food preferences?
  • 3What is the protocol for notifying family members if there is a change in a resident's health or a specific incident occurs during a shift?
  • 4How does the nursing and med-tech team manage resident needs during the evening or overnight hours to ensure timely responses?

Key Review Excerpts

My husband Rick was in the Memory Care Unit for 8 months. He loved being in Morada Friendswood. Rick loved people and when he walked out of his room there was a host of people that were his friends.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The food being served is... just not up to par at allllll. The 'fresh fruit' is not fresh fruit. It is out of a can. I doubt everyone would want 3-4 pieces of Colliflower for a side.

New resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My dad's in memory care. Staff is nice and helpful. But! My dad's room was full of roaches and droppings including dresser drawers.
