What this means for your family

While the rehabilitation and activities teams are highly regarded, the consistent reports of neglect and slow response times are significant red flags. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend that a family member or advocate visits frequently to monitor care and ensure basic needs are being met in a timely manner.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team itself is caring, actually helpful in goal setting/ achievement. We feel lucky to be working with Montecito post acute care, Kyle and team made the difference.
