What this means for your family

This facility offers a modern environment and a highly effective therapy team, which many families find beneficial for short-term rehab. However, the recurring, serious reports of neglect and slow response times are concerning. We strongly advise you to visit during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and to speak directly with current residents' families about their daily care experiences.

Monet House Inn (Symphony Linden) receives highly polarized feedback, with many families praising the modern, clean facility and the dedicated therapy team. However, a significant number of reviewers report serious concerns regarding chronic understaffing, poor communication, and neglectful care, particularly regarding hygiene and medication management. Potential families should weigh the positive aesthetic and therapy outcomes against recurring reports of slow response times and inconsistent quality of life for residents.
