Key Review Excerpts

The staff was so kind and compassionate with both grandma and our family as she recovered, and checked in with us a lot to make sure all was well.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

The food was awful. Most meals my dad took one bite and said it was terrible. Many of my dad’s belongings went missing at Symphony including bedding, clothes, dishes, and even TP we brought.

Deceased resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

Can't seem to change a bandage for a wound. Always getting your medication late. This place is very short staff for the night shift.
