Key Review Excerpts

I showed up to find my dad starving and laying I. His own piss!!! The entire place smells like urine. So called nurses are never around.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

There is constantly fun things for them to do, such as weekly entertainment, movie and popcorn days, and arts and crafts. Everyone is encouraged to join the fun. Sara is a wonderful activities coordinator and strives to keep the residents happy.

Visitor/Family · 2023★★★★★

You can ring your call light for hours and they never come. They also screw up your medication. Gives me more medication than what I usually take.

Current resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

Mission Point Nursing has significant ongoing problems with families filing multiple complaints about resident care and safety issues. The facility repeatedly struggles with medication management, maintaining a safe environment, and providing proper treatment according to care plans. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of recurring issues across 11 surveys—including serious abuse and neglect violations—suggests systemic problems that families should carefully investigate before placement.
