Key Review Excerpts

The male resident was watching tv where there was just a bunch of planes flying around. I asked the staffer what was on tv, and she said that he used to fly RC planes and so they found videos of RC planes on youtube and play them for him. THAT'S how much they care about their residents!

Memory care family member · 2017★★★★★

The first night the nurse was incompetent and they said they didn't know how to use it. The 2nd night they said something must have happened during shipping and it wouldn't work. This is 2 nights/days in a row now without it and she is feeling very sick.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My grandfather was calling for help for a long time and no one helped him. We walked in to him on the floor yelling. Another time he also was found on the floor after he fell off of his chair.

Miller's Merry Manor has 16 deficiencies across three surveys with no complaint-triggered issues, suggesting families haven't filed federal reports about care problems. The facility shows recurring issues with care planning, electrical safety, and infection control that persist across multiple surveys from 2023 to 2025.
