Key Review Excerpts

The entire staff is amazing!! Angela is my mom’s nurse and is always going above and beyond!! Her heart is truly that of a nurse.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

I have been a resident of Castroville for 13 years. My daughter is a nurse who has even been to Medina Valley... I have personally visited the facility and found it to be clean, no odors, except the delicious smell of food from the cafeteria.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!! My grandmother was brought here by ambulance... nobody answered the door, nobody answered the number posted on the door... they then took her all the way down to a room and put her in a bed without a single employee approaching for any reason.
